Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This arbitration provision does not apply where prohibited by law.
Individual Claims Only
